As a Biopharmaceutical Drug Substance Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production line. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment and machinery used in the production of drug substances. Your daily tasks will include monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as bioreactors, filtration systems, and chromatography systems.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related fields.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and quality control procedures.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical equipment and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to work shifts and on weekends if required.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
