📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract and enroll new students.
• Identify and target potential students through various channels, including online platforms, partnerships, and events.
• Manage and maintain the admissions database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and improve efficiency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the life sciences education sector.
• Evaluate and analyze enrollment data to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Assist in the organization and execution of recruitment events and webinars.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, schools, and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in life sciences, education, or marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
