📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct recruitment and selection processes to fill job vacancies.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
