In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings and plans for our projects in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As an Architectural Drafter at ConnectOS, you will work closely with our team of architects and engineers to bring their vision to life. Using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, you will create detailed and accurate drawings that meet our clients' specifications. Your ability to translate complex designs into clear and precise plans will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
Review and revise drawings to correct errors and improve clarity.
Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, elevation drawings, and section views.
Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and industry standards.
Maintain and organize project files and drawings.
Assist in the preparation of project estimates and cost analyses.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural drafting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in creating detailed architectural drawings.
Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to Bali and Indonesia.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with SketchUp and other drafting software is a plus.
