    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in using program management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
