We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator (Dispatching & Carrier Sales) to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Bali. This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and growth in our logistics operations, while also contributing to our carrier sales initiatives. Based in Canggu, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our dispatch team and sales representatives to ensure seamless logistics and successful carrier partnerships.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our dispatching operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. You'll also play a key role in our carrier sales, identifying and securing new carrier partners to expand our service offerings. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for logistics and a drive to contribute to the success of a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize dispatching operations using SAP or similar logistics software.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Identify and secure new carrier partners to expand our service offerings.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure carrier contracts align with our business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and carrier partnerships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or dispatching.
• Proven experience in carrier sales and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
