📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT and construction industries, and recommend improvements to our processes.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in construction or related industries.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360, is a plus.
