As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to join our growing team. You will work closely with our HR team and department heads to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the gaming and entertainment industry.
• Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our team.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in the gaming and entertainment sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and the gaming and entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
