📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate crew logistics, including scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of crew members.
• Manage vessel schedules and ensure timely arrival and departure of vessels at Patimban Port.
• Assist in the preparation of daily operational reports and maintain accurate records of port activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues that may arise during maritime operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and port policies.
• Utilize PortMaster and VesselTrack to track and manage port activities efficiently.
• Provide support to the port management team in planning and executing operational strategies.
• Assist in the organization of port events and activities to enhance the port's image and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or maritime operations.
• Proven experience with PortMaster or similar port management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with VesselTrack or other vessel tracking software is a plus.
