📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop interior design concepts and plans using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure the technical feasibility and aesthetic appeal of design concepts.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including detailed drawings, renderings, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure that the final product meets the design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design industry.
• Assist in the development of design standards and guidelines for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of design projects, including client information, project details, and design documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and spatial planning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.
