📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle cash and manage the cash drawer,Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or teller role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure,Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus,Knowledge of basic computer skills is required
