📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure they are error-free and meet our quality standards.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members as needed.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing guidelines and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software.,Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, and XML.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
