We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports & Recreation Operations Executive to join our team at one of our premier golf and country club locations in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports and recreation facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and enjoyable for our members and guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the golf course, including maintenance, course management, and member services.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures for all sports and recreation activities.,Monitor and report on facility usage, maintenance costs, and other key performance indicators.,Develop and implement programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports and recreation operations, preferably in a golf and country club setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with club management software and other relevant technology tools.,Knowledge of Bali's culture, customs, and business practices is a plus.
