📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
