As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the university's financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the finance department.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide financial advice and support to business units to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasts.,Manage and monitor the financial performance of business units, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues and ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Support the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest financial regulations and trends to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance business partner role, preferably in a higher education institution or a similar organization.,Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
