Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dry process engineering, preferably in the semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of dry process technologies, including etching, deposition, and lithography.,Proven track record of optimizing and improving dry process operations to enhance efficiency and quality.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to semiconductor manufacturing.,Familiarity with process control systems and data analysis tools is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
