Bengkel Putri Medical Center is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to achieve our goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow,Maintain accurate records and reports of operations,Assist in training and developing new staff members,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles in healthcare or similar industries,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
