📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock losses.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.,Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
