In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of our infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of infrastructure projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement site engineering standards and best practices.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards is a plus.,Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
