📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage and allocate nursing resources effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
  • Certification in advanced nursing practice (e.g., ANP, CRNA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
