📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance to reduce operational costs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce downtime.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to fleet staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.,Valid driver's license and experience driving a variety of vehicles.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
