Web Life Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
