Plus Shop Nusantara is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
