📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services for events.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering arrangements.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of event menus, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet dietary requirements.,Oversee the day-of event operations, ensuring all details are attended to and the event runs without issues.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with clients.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for event planning.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
