• Monitor and maintain the datacenter's hardware and software, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems by troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
• Perform regular maintenance and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the security and efficiency of our infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in datacenter operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in datacenter operations or a similar role.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Strong knowledge of datacenter hardware and software, including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
