📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute navigation routes, taking into account weather conditions, fuel efficiency, and cargo requirements.,Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's mechanical and electrical systems, reporting any issues to the relevant departments.,Ensure the well-being and safety of the crew, providing guidance and support as needed.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with environmental regulations.,Participate in crew meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master's or Chief Mate's license, with a clean and unexpired record.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with cargo handling and port operations.,Experience with ECDIS and other navigation systems is a plus.
