This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, and ensuring the success of our business initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.,Analyze market trends and competition to identify business development opportunities.,Create and implement strategic plans to increase market share and customer acquisition.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.,Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management on business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
