📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and organize banquet events from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized event space.
  • Assist in inventory management and procurement.
  • Handle event marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in banquet staffing and event planning.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
