📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, ensuring they meet daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment, using tools like SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Train and develop sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement store-wide initiatives and improvements.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in store events and promotions, helping to achieve sales goals and enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or sales leadership role, preferably in the fashion or sports retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as SAP, RetailPro, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
