📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms, break-ins, and other emergencies.,Work closely with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prevent security threats.,Train and supervise security personnel to maintain high standards of security.,Maintain accurate records of security incidents, inspections, and patrols.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Certification in security management or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a security vehicle.,Familiarity with security technology and equipment is a plus.
