📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process for the central kitchen, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide reports and analyses to management on procurement activities, costs, and performance.,Attend and participate in supplier meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successful procurement strategies and cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
