📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct performance audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and BPR projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management or continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record in leading performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of BPR principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and performance management software.
