📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our processes and enhance our service offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings, as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, and drive performance and productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience in a related industry or field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
