Ministry of Environment and Forestry - Bangka Belitung is seeking a dedicated Climate Change Adaptation Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in implementing and managing climate change adaptation projects in the Bangka Belitung region. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to help communities and ecosystems adapt to the impacts of climate change.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement climate change adaptation strategies and projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of adaptation projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
  • Conduct capacity building and training programs for local communities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project activities and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Represent the Ministry in national and international climate change forums.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate climate change adaptation into broader environmental policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in climate change adaptation projects.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of local environmental conditions and communities in Bangka Belitung.
  • Familiarity with climate change adaptation frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
