As a Lead Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor junior technical writers and other team members.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Manage and coordinate technical writing projects from inception to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools and platforms such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Knowledge of API documentation and testing tools is a plus.,Strong project management and organizational skills.
