📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.,Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.,Conduct and supervise various tests and analyses to ensure product quality.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all test results and laboratory activities.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality control and process improvement.,Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in concrete testing.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the concrete industry.,Certification in laboratory techniques and quality assurance is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.,Proficient in using laboratory software and data analysis tools.
