📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR documentation.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.,Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and issues, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
