With your expertise in logistics and transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our customers on time and in optimal condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for daily operations.
• Plan and schedule deliveries, taking into account factors such as route optimization, traffic conditions, and customer requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities, including maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods.
• Implement and monitor logistics processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation principles, including route optimization, vehicle maintenance, and fuel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and other stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
